Online Coaching

  • One-on-one, In-person coaching tailored to your unique needs and goals.

  • Customized 1-hour workout session targeting your specific health and fitness goals.

  • Learn proper use of workout equipment, form, technique, and cues.

  • Come with questions. I am happy to educate my clients on workouts, nutrition, balanced lifestyles, and other related topics.

    All sessions will be held at The J Street Gym in Bentonville, Arkansas.

    $75 Per Session

In-Person Training

Hybrid Training

  • A mix of 1-1 Personal Training sessions and Online Health and Wellness Coaching.

  • Personalized attention, both in-person and remotely.

  • Choose the best combination of services
    to suit your unique needs and lifestyle.

  • Adaptability to fit changing needs.

    A discounted rate of $175 will be offered for the Online Coaching Program in addition to the weekly Session fee.
